NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT OPTIONS

Many patients are not ready to commit to a full facelift surgery. But the good news is there is an alternative. The use of cosmetic fillers without an incision is known as a Liquid Facelift. Though non-invasive, it requires specialized training and an artistic eye to perform while minimizing complications. Dr. Linville is a master injector and well trained in the use of all types of fillers.

Just as volume replacement is critical to performing a significant facelift, good skin quality must be present to lift the face by fillers alone. If the skin is too lax, fillers may not be enough. WHAT IS FACELIFT RECOVERY LIKE?

After your surgery is complete, you may feel discomfort and experience swelling and bruising. This is entirely normal and will not last more than one week. Resting is the most important thing you can do to promote effective healing. Around the one week mark, you can get your stitches removed. You should be able to go about your day without pain medicine by one-week as well.

Most patients can get back to work after two weeks and resume their normal activities within one month. You will still have some swelling and won’t see your final results for six to eight weeks. But once you do, they will last for years to come.
